Four pots of gold

This great meal was always called "four pots" in my family, because of the four pots it was cooked and served in. However, it certainly deserves a more sophisticated name. Through it's simplicity it proves that simple is not only beautiful, but indeed also delicious.

Time to prepare: 30 - 40 min

Recommended wine

Chardonnay, Chilean white wine.

Ingredients

One broiled chicken
Box of fruit cocktail, approximately 800 g (fruit and juice)
Rice
Curry

Algorithm

  1. Tear the chicken to small pieces and warm up on low heat.
  2. Make sure to synchronize the rice.
  3. Pour the juice of the fruit in a pot. Add a small spoon or so of curry. Warm up on low heat.
  4. Put the fruit cocktail in a pot of it's own and warm on low heat.
To avoid four pots on the table, mixture all but the curry sauce in one serving bowl.
