Avocado with russian caviar or crab sticks

This is a small and tasty appetizer. The tastes of the fruit, sour cream and sea food indeed blends well.

Time to prepare: 5-10 min

Ingredients

Avocados, a bit soft
Russian caviar or crab sticks
Salad

Algorithm

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone.
  2. Put some spoons of sour cream in the avocados.
  3. Add caviar and crab sticks.
  4. Serve on a piece of salad.
When serving many guests, a nice twist is to make some with red and some with black caviar.
